Blue River Aviation is seeking a full-time Ramper/Ground Crew member to join our team and work to ensure the safety, organization, and cleanliness of Blue River’s airplanes, grounds and resources.
The Ramper will be part of Blue River’s maintenance department and will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Ramper, your primary responsibilities will include:
towing and relocating aircraft in and out of hangar;
washing, cleaning and detailing aircraft (interior and exterior);
fueling company aircraft;
filling & monitoring company fuel trucks;
performing routine maintenance on company fuel trucks;
picking up parts from local vendors;
loading and unloading cargo for Air Taxi deliveries;
and other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates must:
possess a valid driver’s license;
be able to lift 40 pounds;
be able to perform physical labor and work outside in various weather conditions;
be a team-worker, capable of being productive independently;
be able to take and follow instruction, communicate and perform tasks as assigned.
We are a small team, so a positive attitude and a sense of humor are a must.
Other Details:
This position is 40 hours per week at $16/hour. This role does not currently offer paid vacation, sick leave, or medical/dental benefits. Staff members are eligible for a $20/hour discount on rental rates.
